Sunflour Baking Company caters events across Charlotte from all five of our locations: Elizabeth, Dilworth, Ballantyne, Harrisburg, and NoDa. We specialize in breakfast catering, brunch catering, corporate events, weddings, and private parties.

Catering Menu Options and Pricing

Every catering order at Sunflour starts with our core platter lineup — built to cover the most common event needs without the guesswork. Our Breakfast Platters start at $95 and include a chef's selection of muffins, scones, croissants, biscuits, and seasonal pastries garnished with fresh fruit. For afternoon events, our Dessert Platters deliver the same quality with mini cupcakes, macaroons, cream puffs, cookies, bars, and brownies. Lunch options start at $65 for a sandwich platter, or $20 per person for fully boxed lunches that include a whole sandwich, chips or fruit, and a cookie.

We also offer Charcuterie Platters, Veggie Platters, Snack Platters, and Seasonal Fruit Platters for events that need more variety. Beverages including to-go coffee, iced tea gallons, lemonade gallons, and bottled drinks can be added to any order. All platters are available in small gathering (8–12 guests) and large gathering (30–40 guests) sizes.

Dietary Accommodations

Many of our catering items are available in gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian versions. Our kitchen produces mini vegan muffins, vegan brownies, vegan cupcakes, and VGF (vegan and gluten-free) scones as standard a-la-carte options. If your event has guests with dietary restrictions, note that in your catering order form and we will confirm which items best fit your needs. We do not guarantee allergen-free preparation, but we can help you select items that minimize risk.

Catering Service Area

We serve the greater Charlotte metro area from our five bakery locations. Pickup is available at all five stores — Elizabeth, Dilworth, Ballantyne, Harrisburg, and NoDa. Delivery is available for qualifying orders within 10 miles of a Sunflour location for a flat fee of $35 (orders up to $300) or 10% of total (orders over $300), plus $1.50 per mile beyond 10 miles. Setup service is available for an additional $20. We regularly cater events in Uptown Charlotte, South End, Plaza Midwood, Myers Park, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Huntersville, Concord, and Fort Mill, SC.

How Far in Advance Should You Order?

We recommend placing catering orders at least 48–72 hours in advance for standard platter orders. For larger events, weddings, or custom orders, reaching out 1–2 weeks ahead gives us the best opportunity to accommodate your full request. For same-day or next-day inquiries, contact the store nearest to your pickup location directly by phone to check availability — we do our best to accommodate last-minute orders when capacity allows.
