Sunflour Baking Company supplies wholesale baked goods to cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, event venues, and corporate kitchens across the greater Charlotte metro area. All wholesale production happens at our state-of-the-art facility connected to our Harrisburg, NC bakery, with daily delivery routes that cover Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Davidson, Lake Norman, and Fort Mill, SC.
Wholesale Product Lineup
Our wholesale catalog covers the full range of items you'd expect from a scratch bakery: breads (brioche buns, English muffins, ciabatta buns, pretzel buns, focaccia, sourdough loaves, rosemary olive oil loaves, 9 grain wheat loaves, plus custom options), croissants and laminated pastries (plain, almond, chocolate, ham and cheese, seasonal danishes), cookies and bars (chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, brownies, lemon bars, French macarons, coconut macaroons), muffins and scones (blueberry, morning glory, cheddar, vegan, gluten-free), and cake jars in retail-ready packaging across ten flavors. Pastry pouch retail bags are available for partners with shelf space.
Custom & Private-Label
We work with established wholesale partners on custom shape and size specs (sandwich-program slider buns, oversize hoagie rolls, branded cookie sizes), private-label retail packaging with your branding, and limited-allergen production runs (vegan, gluten-free, nut-free). Custom items require 4 weeks lead time and a confirmed weekly standing order minimum. Private-label cookies and bars require a minimum of 200 units per SKU.
Order Minimums & Pricing
New wholesale partners start with a $150 minimum per delivery and a 1-dozen MOQ per item. Volume discounts begin at 5 dozen per item per delivery and scale from there. Pricing is set per-account based on your standing order volume and delivery zone. Established partners with weekly standing orders qualify for net-15 invoicing.
Delivery & Lead Time
Daily delivery routes run from our Harrisburg production facility and cover greater Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Davidson, Lake Norman, and Fort Mill, SC. Outside that area we deliver based on partner volume and route economics — reach out and we'll discuss. Standard order lead time is 48 hours; standing weekly orders are baked overnight and delivered before opening. Custom items and new SKUs require 4 weeks lead time.
