We ship all orders via UPS on Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders do not ship or deliver on weekends. During peak times and holidays, we may sell out for certain days and therefore will not offer shipping for that day.
After entering the shipping zip code , you will be provided with a calendar showing available delivery dates and the costs. The date you choose is the date on which you want the package to arrive NOT the day it will be shipped.
Please note, we cannot ship cupcakes to P.O. boxes.
The delivery dates and costs shown to you depend on the following:
- The day and time your order is being placed. Orders placed before 4pm EST are eligible to be shipped the next business day.
- The shipping zip code.
- The type of address, either residential or commercial (residential addresses may be more expensive).
- The weight of the package.
Our shipping methods:
- Ground (least expensive) – if your package can be delivered within 3 days.
- 3 Day Select.
- 2nd Day Air.
- Next Day Air (saver, regular, and early AM delivery).
Orders will be delivered by the end of day on the chosen date (UPS considers end of day by 7pm).
Fees and shipping methods provided by UPS are based on the chosen arrival date. Sunflour Baking Company works with UPS, (a third party shipping vendor) to deliver your package. Therefore, Sunflour Baking Company only guarantees that your order will be shipped on the date shown in the order confirmation. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Circumstances such as bad weather or an unclear address could delay the arrival of your package. We will make every effort to work with you and UPS to resolve any delays that occur. Sunflour Baking Company will not refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
The least expensive shipping option is UPS Ground. The shipping address and arrival date you choose will determine if ground shipping is available. We will only make ground shipping an option if UPS estimates the package will arrive within 3 days.
All products are shipped from our kitchens in North Carolina. The map below gives a guideline as to how many days it will take for your package to arrive if shipped via UPS Ground. Areas in red, orange, and grey cannot be shipped to using UPS Ground.
