Jumbo From-Scratch Muffins, Baked Fresh in Charlotte

Our muffins are jumbo by design. When you're baking something from scratch with real ingredients and no fillers, you might as well make it worth it. We offer three flavors, a classic Blueberry Muffin bursting with fruit, a Banana Chocolate Muffin with that perfect moist crumb, and a Morning Glory packed with carrots, coconut, and warm spice. Each one has a golden domed top and an interior that holds together the way a well-made muffin should.

We also offer our Sourdough English Muffins, slow-fermented for that signature crackly crust and chewy interior. Everything is baked in small batches at our Charlotte shops and ships nationwide.

Bake Them Yourself, or Have Them Sent

If you want to bake them yourself, we carry our Blueberry Muffin Mix and Banana Muffin Mix so you can bring the Sunflour experience into your own kitchen. If you'd rather we did the work, muffin delivery goes out to all 50 states. And if you're looking for a full breakfast spread, our breakfast and pastries collection has everything else you need.

Muffin FAQs

Do you ship muffins nationwide?

Yes. We ship muffins to all 50 states from our Charlotte, NC bakery. They go out packed for transit so they arrive intact rather than crumbled. Charlotte-area customers can also pick up at any of our five locations.

How long do your muffins stay fresh?

Seven to ten days, which is what you should expect from muffins baked without artificial preservatives. They freeze well if you want to stretch that. Our Sourdough English Muffins keep a little longer thanks to the fermentation.

What is the difference between your muffins and grocery store muffins?

Size and ingredients. Ours are jumbo, made in small batches from scratch, with no fillers, mixes, or shortcuts. That is also why the shelf life is shorter. A muffin that lasts three weeks on a shelf is telling you something about how it was made.
