We don't use mixes or shortcuts on any of our baked goods, including our gluten free items. Everything is measured, mixed, and baked fresh each morning. That matters for GF baking because the ingredients and process actually get attention, not just a box swap.

Yes. We carry gluten free pastries, cakes, cupcakes, and breakfast items at all five Charlotte locations. Our full frosting and filling menu is gluten free. Select GF items are also available for nationwide shipping through our online shop.

Are Sunflour's gluten free items vegan too?

Some are. Items labeled VGF are both vegan and gluten free. Our chia pudding, raw berry tarts, and scones are all VGF. Ask at the counter for the current VGF options since they rotate with the season.
