A great cinnamon roll should take you somewhere. Ours are soft, pull-apart spirals with a generous swirl of cinnamon sugar and a creamy glaze that pools into every layer just the way it should.

We make them the slow way, from scratch, at our Charlotte shops. No shortcuts that cut corners on flavor. The result is the cinnamon roll you remember wanting as a kid -- the kind that makes the whole house smell like a Sunday morning.

how we make our decadent cinnamon rolls

Brioche dough is made using eggs, milk, and plenty of butter, making it rich, tender, and slightly more pillow-like than other yeast-based doughs. Starting with this rich, slightly sweet dough base adds an extra level of decadence to our cinnamon roll. We then add a thick layer of our special cinnamon and brown sugar mixture and roll the dough. Our cinnamon rolls are generously sized to just fit on the plate because why wouldn’t you want a bigger cinnamon roll? Once they come out of the oven, we add an extra-thick layer of cream cheese frosting because you deserve all of that luscious creamy frosting on your cinnamon roll.
