Vegan and Gluten Free Bakes, Shipped Nationwide

Most gluten free baking is a compromise. Ours is not meant to be. We build these recipes to stand on their own, not to be the thing you settle for when everyone else gets the real dessert. Everything here is baked from scratch at our Charlotte, NC bakery and ships anywhere in the country.

The lineup is small on purpose. Our VGF cake jars come in Blondie and Cookies and Cream, layered by hand in a mason jar the same way the rest of our cake jars are. The VGF Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie is dense and chewy, which is exactly where gluten free baking is strongest. Dense, gooey, and fudgy translate beautifully without wheat flour. Light and airy is the hard part, so we do not pretend otherwise.

An Honest Note About Our Kitchen

We bake these in a shared kitchen alongside wheat flour, so we cannot promise an allergen free environment. If you are baking for a celiac diagnosis or a severe allergy, please take that seriously and decide accordingly. We would rather tell you plainly than have you find out the hard way.

They Travel Well

Cake jars are the most reliable thing we ship. Sealed in glass, layered by hand, and packed with transit in mind, they arrive looking the way they left. Are your vegan and gluten free items made in a dedicated allergen free kitchen?

No. We bake in a shared kitchen that also handles wheat flour, so cross contact is possible and we cannot guarantee an allergen free product. Our vegan and gluten free items are made without gluten or animal products as ingredients, but if you are managing celiac disease or a severe allergy, please factor that in.

Which items are both vegan and gluten free?

Everything in this collection is both. That includes our Blondie and Cookies and Cream cake jars and the VGF Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie. We keep the range tight rather than stretching recipes that do not work without wheat and dairy.

Do gluten free baked goods survive shipping?

Ours do. Gluten free bakes tend to be denser than their wheat counterparts, which actually makes them better travellers, not worse. Our cake jars are sealed in glass and hold up especially well. Expect seven to ten days of shelf life, which is normal for scratch baking without artificial preservatives.
