Banana Muffin Mix

This is our banana muffin recipe in a box: the vegan version, built so you can bake something genuinely delicious at home without guessing at proportions or sourcing obscure ingredients. Just add your ripe bananas and follow along.

Made in Charlotte with the same standards we apply to everything we bake. The mix uses quality dry ingredients in the right ratios so the finished muffin has that moist, dense crumb and real banana flavor that grocery store muffins never quite achieve. We have done the hard part. You bring the (overripe!) bananas.
